Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed solely to: (a) respond to the contact or information request (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) comply with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Retention
Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and thereafter within the limits set by applicable law (art. 2946 of the Italian Civil Code — ordinary ten-year limitation period for professional obligations).
Disclosure and dissemination
Data is not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties, except: the hosting provider (Netlify Inc., based in the USA, adhering to GDPR adequacy standards); any collaborators or partners of the firm, solely to handle the request.
Transfers outside the EU
The hosting service (Netlify) may involve transferring data to the USA. Netlify applies appropriate safeguards pursuant to artt. 46-49 GDPR.

Pursuant to artt. 15–22 GDPR, data subjects have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. Requests should be sent to info@labstp.com or in writing to the registered office. Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
